Can I get an auto insurance quote and policy while having my title work completed?
YES – Since 1966 we have been an independent insurance agency representing Erie, Progressive and Travelers. Our staff has over 75 years of combined insurance and notary experience!
Can Miller Phillips Insurance issue new plates?
YES – We can issue new plates as well as transfers for cars, trucks, trailers, permanent, special mobile equipment, omnibus, motorcycles and ATV’s.
Can Miller Phillips Insurance process and messenger paperwork direct to PennDOT?
YES – We send and receive paperwork weekly to our dedicated partner in Harrisburg. Paperwork is taken in person to each department at PennDOT, processed immediately and either returned to our offices or mailed direct to the customer.
Is the notary service Miller Phillips Insurance provides fast?
YES – We utilize an electronic titling and registration processing system that is online and connected to PennDOT. Records are updated instantly and titles will be received by our customers in 6 to 10 business days.
Do I need to make an appointment to have title or notary work done?
NO – appointments are not necessary as long as the work can be completed during our business hours posted.
